200 years ago, the industrial economy replaced the agricultural economy; today, the knowledge economy is replacing the industrial economy. The world has recognized that the 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. The quiet rise of the knowledge economy is a silent revolution that will have a major impact on our production, our lives and our ways of thinking. Developed countries such as the United States and Japan take the precautionary measures and adopt the approach of “relying on the combination of institutions of higher learning and industry,” so that the knowledge content in the economy will increase day by day.
