经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变势所必然,实属重要,已成共识。我们注意到,延缓和制约国有食品企业转变经济增长方式的矛盾和问题过去有,现在乃至将来也会有;加之国有食品企业的情况殊异,至今还保持着相当浓厚的粗放型的特点。毋庸讳言,其转变过程具有阶段性,其转变途径和手段亦非同一性。这有待于加深认识,认真探索。本文谈点粗浅看法。
