对医院管理干部职业道德建设是卫生行风建设中至关重要的一环,本文从医院管理干部对医院事业发展的作用;从医院管理干部的个人形象与党的整体形象的关系;从医院管理干部对营造和净化社会小环境的模范作用的角度,论述了加强医院管理干部职业道德在行风建设中的作用.同时,根据管理干部职业本身的特点,论述了医院管理干部应具备的职业道德规范和加强医院管理干部职业道德建设的对策.
The construction of professional morals for hospital management cadres is a crucial link in the construction of hygienic practices.
