科技档案是国家档案的一个重要门类,也是机关、团体、企事业单位全部档案的重要组成部分。搞好科技档案管理既是档案工作的主要任务,也是信息工作的重要内容。特别是当今社会,信息渗透于社会的各个角落,作为信息资源之一档案,早已不是束之高阁的古董文物,而是服务于社会各项工作的有效信息,档案工作也是从封闭向开放转换,档案的有效、安全、合理利用也是档案工作的重点。
