白内障是眼科的常见病、多发病,也是导致失明的原因之一。它既使患者丧失劳动力,又给生活上带来痛苦,但是,这种患者只要眼底功能健全,经过手术治疗,多能重见光明。白内障的手术方法较多,各种方法各有其适应症及优缺点,目前,很多医务工作者积极研究器械简单、操作简便、疗程短、病人痛苦少、疗效好的手术方法,便于更好地为工农兵服务。我科自一九七一年开始,用针头抽吸白内障的方法,共作46例63只眼,疗效较好,现将手术方法及体会介绍如下:
