目的观察系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中转录因子Aiolo smRNA的表达情况。方法采用SYBR Green实时定量PCR法检测20例SLE患者PBMCs中Aiolos mRNA的表达情况,并与20例正常人作比较。结果 SLE患者的PBMCs中Aiolos mRNA的表达明显低于正常对照组;SLE活动期组和稳定期组也均低于正常对照组;而且活动期组低于稳定期组;以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。另外,SLE患者PBMCs中Aiolos mRNA的表达与SLEDAI评分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 SLE患者Aiolos基因表达降低,且与SLE活动指数呈一定相关性。
Objective To observe the expression of Aiolo smRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods The expression of Aiolos mRNA in PBMCs from 20 patients with SLE was detected by SYBR Green real-time quantitative PCR, and compared with 20 healthy controls. Results The expression of Aiolos mRNA in PBMCs of patients with SLE was significantly lower than that of the normal control group; the activity of SLE group and stable phase group were also lower than that of the normal control group; while the active group was lower than the stable group; the above differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). In addition, the expression of Aiolos mRNA in PBMCs of SLE patients was negatively correlated with SLEDAI score (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of Aiolos gene in patients with SLE is decreased, and it is correlated with SLE activity index.
