2015年12月17日,我国首套自主研发的核电软件包和一体化软件集成平台(NESTOR)正式发布。这标志着我国已具备成套核电技术独立出口的能力。同日,中国核工业集团公司和环境保护部核与辐射安全中心签署了中核自主核电软件NESTOR许可使用协议,由此,NESTOR软件包率先建立了外部用户组,为用户经验反馈收集和软件升级奠定了良好的基础。据悉,NESTOR软件包包括近百余个子软件,获得软件著作权64项,已受理专利17项,已授权专利5项,源代码280万行。本批发布的68个软件已成功应用于“华龙一号”的研发和工程设计,如177堆
