ICP—AES分析具有较低的检出限和比较宽的分析范围,从而可以经过一次试样处理,同时测定样品溶液中主量、微量和痕量元素。使用计算机控制的数据收集以及样品分析程序,因此分析任务可以在几分钟内完成。不仅分析速度快,而且测量精度高,比较适合于洋品量较大的化探分析。 本文介绍利用ICP/6500单道扫描光谱仪分析地质化探样品中的Fe、Al、Ca、Mg、Na、P、Ti、Mn、Ba、Sr、V、Ni、La、Y、Co、Cu、Zn、Be等18元素。方法的检出限、精密度和准确度达到化探分析要求。
ICP-AES analysis has a lower detection limit and a broader analysis range, allowing you to sample once and determine major, minor, and trace elements in the sample solution. Using computer-controlled data collection and sample analysis programs, analysis tasks can be completed in minutes. Not only the analysis speed is fast, but also the measurement accuracy is high. It is more suitable for the analysis of geochemical exploration with large volume of foreign products. This paper introduces the analysis of Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Na, P, Ti, Mn, Ba, Sr, V, Ni, La, Y, Co, Cu and Zn in geological geochemical samples by using ICP / 6500 single channel scanning spectrometer , Be and other 18 elements. The detection limit, precision and accuracy of the method meet the requirements of geochemical analysis.
