Danjiangkou Water Conservancy Project is a large-scale water conservancy project that is designed by China, constructed by itself, and managed by itself to prevent floods. It also has the tasks of comprehensive utilization of power generation, irrigation, shipping, and breeding, and it is also a key project to eradicate the Han River and develop the Han River. The project has passed thirty-two spring and autumn days from its inception. In the past 32 years, Danjiangkou people have persisted in and promoted the entrepreneurial spirit of “self-reliance, hard work, overall consideration, and courageous development” and persisted in the characteristics of Danjiangkou and also in China.
