目的:建立测定左金分散片中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱:PhenomenexLuna C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸-十二烷基硫酸钠(540∶460∶0.9∶4.5g),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:344nm,柱温:35℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围是0.063~0.315μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.37%,RSD为1.50%。结论:用该法测定左金分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,操作简单,重复性好,精密度高。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Zuojin Dispersible Tablets. Method: Column: PhenomenexLuna C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-sodium phosphate dodecyl sulfate (540: 460: 0.9: 4.5g), flow rate: 1mL / : 344 nm, column temperature: 35 ° C. Results: The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.063 ~ 0.315μg / mL, r = 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.37% and the RSD was 1.50%. Conclusion: This method for the determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride tablets, simple operation, good reproducibility, high precision.
