对证券市场的深度和广度的需求,进一步发展了自20世纪90年代开始的交易所间并购大潮。目前的交易所间并购趋势表现为:国内纵向合并增加以及国际间联盟进一步加深。本文通过对交易所间的并购行为做出整理,找出其变化原因并进行分析。
The need for the depth and breadth of the securities markets has further expanded the tide of mergers and acquisitions between the exchanges since the 1990s. The current trend of mergers and acquisitions among exchanges shows that the increase of domestic vertical mergers and the deepening of international alliances. In this paper, the M & A behavior between the exchanges is sorted out to find out the reasons for the change and analyze.
