随着我国经济飞速发展,港口拥堵问题已逐渐成为我国港口面临的一大课题。为迎接适应新经济市场条件下的环境,港口航道系统应成为港口管理经营者和建设设计者着力研究的对象。本文通过对锚地规模进行研究,从排队论角度探讨锚地规模动态评价问题,分析影响港口航道系统的主要因素,得出:应合理归化建设新的码头泊位、航道以及锚地,合理调配港口资源,只有这样才能使港口航道系统的运营更加科学和稳定。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the problem of port congestion has gradually become a major issue facing our ports. In order to meet the environment adapted to the conditions of the new economy, the port waterway system should be the object of study by port management operators and construction designers. This paper studies the scale of anchorage, discusses the dynamic evaluation of anchorage scale from the point of view of queuing theory, analyzes the main factors that affect the channel system of the port, and concludes that it is reasonable to naturalize the construction of new berths, waterways and anchorages, rationally allocate port resources, Only in this way can the operation of the port fairway system be more scientific and stable.
