通过实验探索,在高温真空条件下将钼精矿(主要成分Mo S2)直接分解成新型炼钢钼产品和硫蒸气。新型炼钢钼产品用于含钼钢的生产,替代钼铁或工业氧化钼块;硫蒸气冷凝后得到副产品单质硫磺。和传统工艺相比,这种新工艺不但极大缩短了生产流程,避免了尾气污染,而且减少了环保的大量投资,使资源得到充分回收利用。
Through experimental exploration, the molybdenum concentrate (main component Mo S2) is directly decomposed into new-type steel-making molybdenum products and sulfur vapor under high temperature and vacuum conditions. New steel-making molybdenum products for the production of molybdenum-containing steel to replace molybdenum iron or industrial molybdenum oxide block; sulfur vapor obtained by-product of sulfur after condensation. Compared with the traditional process, this new process not only greatly shortens the production process, to avoid exhaust pollution, but also reduce the large amount of environmental investment, so that resources are fully recycled.
