用对比法观察记载不同基质对灯盏细辛的生长和农艺性状的影响,并用DPS进行方差分析和关联度分析,探索灯盏细辛漂浮育苗较好的育苗基质。结果表明,不同培养基质对灯盏细辛漂浮苗生长和农艺性状影响差异较大;自制基质作为育苗基质种苗综合素质最好,茎叶生长健康、根系发达、粗壮,出苗率达到83.3%,成苗率提高36.1%,且无根腐病发生;12个数量性状与种苗的成苗率相关度较大的是种苗地下部分。因此可以看出用猪粪、玉米秸秆和珍珠岩按比例制成的基质作为灯盏细辛漂浮育苗基质最佳,可在生产中广泛应用。
The effects of different substrates on the growth and agronomic traits of Erigeron cuscus were observed by comparative method. The variance analysis and correlation analysis were conducted by DPS to explore the better seedling substrate of Erigeron breviscapus floating seedlings. The results showed that different culture medium had different effects on the growth and agronomic traits of Xanthomonas campestris pomfret seedlings. The self-made substrate as the seedling substrate had the best overall quality, healthy stems and leaves, developed root system and strong stoutness with the rate of 83.3% Seedling rate increased 36.1%, and no root rot occurred; 12 quantitative traits and seedling seedling rate of the larger seedling is related to the underground part. Therefore, it can be seen that the matrix made from pig manure, corn stover and perlite in proportion to each other is the best substrate for the floating seedling of Erigeron breviscapus and can be widely used in production.
