结合济钢1700mm热连轧厂现场情况介绍了热轧带钢层流冷却自动控制系统的设备,从过程自动化方面介绍了该系统的功能和数学模型。根据现场的工况,通过采用先进的数学模型和控制技术,实现对层流冷却系统的二级控制,通过优化控制参数,提高卷取温度控制精度,从而保证品种钢性能均匀性、提高产品综合质量,进一步丰富济钢热轧产品结构,增强市场竞争力。现场实际应用表明,带钢全长的95.37%的卷取温度可控制在目标值的±20℃之内。
According to the site situation of 1700mm hot strip mill in Jinan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the equipment of the automatic control system of the laminar cooling in the hot strip was introduced. The function and mathematical model of the system were introduced from the aspect of process automation. According to the working conditions in the field, through the use of advanced mathematical model and control technology, the second-level control of the laminar cooling system can be realized. By optimizing the control parameters and improving the control precision of the coiling temperature, the homogeneity of the steel properties can be guaranteed and the product comprehensiveness can be improved Quality, and further enrich the structure of hot-rolled products in Jinan Iron and Steel to enhance market competitiveness. The practical application in the field shows that the coiling temperature of 95.37% of the whole strip length can be controlled within ± 20 ℃ of the target value.
