本文根据10年的临床经验以及兔实验资料,证实风疹病毒为先天性风疹患者发生糖尿病的致病原。一组先天性风疹患者共45例,其中9例发生糖尿病,发生率为20%。诊断为糖尿病的年龄自24～29岁,男性5例,女性4例,均无糖尿病并发症。9例中单以饮食控制治疗者3例;饮食控制加口服降糖药物者5例;饮食控制加胰岛素注射者1例。9例均有先天性风疹引致的耳聋,其中4例有眼部缺陷(白内障和视网膜病变各2例),1例严重的先天性风疹有肺动脉瓣狭窄。另一组患者共8例,男性2例,女性
This article based on 10 years of clinical experience and experimental data from rabbits, confirmed rubella virus congenital rubella in patients with pathogenic diabetes.
