目的:研究~(99m)TcN-NOEt的生物分布特征.材料与方法:新西兰兔9只及家狗3只,静脉注射显像剂后进行动态平面彻玛显像,利用感兴趣区技术计算器官放射性活度的变化.结果与结论:心肌对~(99m)TcN—NOEt摄取较高,心/肺比值渐高而心/肝比值渐下降;尽管肝脏明显浓集显像剂,但未见明显的清除,膀胱的放射性渐增多,提示泌尿系也是~(99m)TcN-NOEt生物清除的途径之一.
OBJECTIVE: To study the biodistribution of ~ (99m) TcN-NOEt.Materials and Methods: Nine New Zealand rabbits and three domestic dogs were anesthetized and injected with imaging agent. (99m) TcN-NOEt uptake, heart-lung ratio increased gradually and heart-to-liver ratio gradually decreased. Although the liver was obviously concentrated imaging agent, but no obvious The radioactivity of the bladder increased gradually, suggesting that the urinary tract is also one of the pathways of biomarker removal of ~ (99m) TcN-NOEt.
