针对海外汉语教育需求的扩大,教师、教材及资金的严重缺乏,有时较难组班进行大规模普通课堂教学的现状,我们按照学习水平把班级分成快、慢组或高、中、低组,采用复合式汉语教学法,由一位教师在同一个课时内,同课堂或分课堂,交叉立体地引导几个不同层次的学习者进行汉语合作学习。做到同内容、异要求——采取个性化分层次教学;动静搭配——以优化课堂教学结构;合作互动——自觉地把学生置于学习的主体地位,同时利用现代教育技术的优势,促进个性化教学及学习者语言能力的发展,解决汉语国际推广中的一大难题,为汉语国际推广扩展一个富有创造力的发展领域。
