At present, C arm fluoroscopy is widely used in orthopedic operations and radiation exposure has become a more and more important issue. Since the small C-arm application, many orthopedic surgeons have not used protective measures to facilitate operation. The authors used a radiation dosimeter to detect the dose of radiation exposure in a small C-arm. The results showed that exposures to radiation using a small C-arm were significantly lower than those of the conventional large C-arm. The author recognizes
