外经贸部副部长、中国加入WTO首席谈判代表龙永图在京表示,中国加入WTO大局已定,为期不远。 在加入WTO后,中国经济以及企业外部环境将会发生许多变化。中国的经济和企业将会有一个更有利的国际环境。中国政府在加入WTO的进程中作出两个重大承诺,一是遵守国际规则,一是进一步开放市场。
Long Yongtu, vice minister of the MOFTEC and chief negotiator for China’s accession to the WTO, said in Beijing that the overall situation of China’s accession to the WTO has been fixed and will not be long off. After joining the WTO, there will be many changes in China’s economy and the external environment of the enterprise. China’s economy and enterprises will have a more favorable international environment. The Chinese government has made two major commitments in the process of its accession to the WTO. One is to abide by international rules and the other is to further open up the market.
