目的讨论和分析进行处方点评对促进合理用药的意义。方法从我院2014年上半年和下半年随意抽取处方各600张,上半年处方为进行处方点评前的处方,而下半年处方为进行处方点评后的处方,以处方的基本标准和不合理用药情况填写表格,进行统计学分析。结果 2014年下半年不合理用药的情况明显减少,下半年重复用药、联合用药不合理及选用药品不合理等情况与上半年比较有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论采取处方点评措施能够促进合理用药,从而提高处方的质量,确保用药的安全性,避免不合理用药的情况,是对患者生命健康负责的态度。
Objective To discuss and analyze the significance of prescribing reviews to promote rational drug use. Methods Sixty 600 prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital in the first half of 2014 and the second half of 2014. The first half of the prescription was prescription before the prescription review. The second half of the prescription was the prescription after prescription review, the basic standard of prescription and irrational medication Fill in the form, for statistical analysis. Results In the second half of 2014, the situation of irrational drug use decreased significantly. In the second half of the year, there were significant differences (P <0.05) between repeated use of drugs, unreasonable combination of drugs and irrational use of drugs. Conclusion Taking prescription comment measures can promote the rational use of drugs, so as to improve the quality of prescriptions, ensure the safety of medication and avoid irrational drug use, and be responsible for the patients’ life and health.
