随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,我国的经济取得了飞速的发展,建筑行业也得到了跨越式的发展。在瞬息万变的市场化背景下,建筑施工行业间的竞争也越来越激烈,要想提升企业的核心竞争力并在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位,相关企业就必须做好工程造价管理工作。施工企业的工程价格管理观察于整个施工过程中,是一个长期坚持的过程,科学、合理的造价管理不仅有助于提升工程施工质量,还能为企业节约成本投入以增大收益并且还能有效地节约社会资源。本文主要从施工企业造价管理的概念及特点入手,分析了当前工程造价管理中的主要问题,并针对性的提出相关解决对策,以供读者参考。
With the continuous deepening of market economy system reform, China’s economy has achieved rapid development, and the construction industry has also been leapfrogged. In a rapidly changing marketization background, the competition among construction industry is more and more fierce. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition, related enterprises must do a good job in project cost management. The construction enterprise’s project price management observation is a long-term process throughout the construction process. Scientific and reasonable cost management not only helps to improve the construction quality, but also helps enterprises save costs and input to increase profits and is also effective To save social resources. This article starts with the concept and characteristics of cost management in construction enterprises, analyzes the main problems in the current project cost management, and puts forward relevant solutions to solve the problems for readers’ reference.
