胆囊胆汁用无水乙醇处理,38±2℃水浴吹干后,1.0g/L BSA40倍稀释(A—B)法,可较好地去除胆汁中抑制物对癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)测定的干扰.重复实验和回收实验结果表明,此法重复5~6次预处理胆汁样品后,变异系数7.3%~11.8%,回收率为56.7%~91.3%,比不经处理胆汁样品直接加样测定,检出值高出4~19倍.对临床结直肠肿瘤及早期小的隐匿性肝转移具有较高诊断价值.胆囊胆汁CEA测定A—B法预处理时间短,方法简便,是一般实验室都能开展的一种实用可靠的检测方法.
