护理人员在实际工作中往往要遇到溶液浓度的计算问题,尤其是在输液的浓度上更是常见。例如临床上常用10%葡萄糖注射液,但此种浓度的葡萄糖液,除有条件的医院可以自制外,目前尚无成品出售,需要用50%葡萄糖液加入5%葡萄糖液内,调整成10%的浓度。关于这类实际问题,有些护理人员在计算方面还不太熟悉;有些人虽能按公式计算,但对计算原理尚不够充分了解,因此不容易记牢。现将一般常用计算方法和道理简单地介绍一下,以作参考。最常用的浓度计算法为(?)线计算法(也称交互比例法),各类讲述药剂溶液浓度换算的书都介绍了这种方法。现举例如下:
