约85％以上的原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进症是由甲状旁腺腺瘤引起．手木是治疗该病的首选方案．但术式是采用单侧还是双侧探查存在争议。自1966～1997年3月我科治疗甲状旁腺腺瘤21例．其中单侧探查16例（76．20％）．取得满意疗效．分析如下。临床资料本组16例单侧探查患者男4例．
About 85% of primary hyperparathyroidism is caused by parathyroid adenomas. Hand wood is the preferred treatment for the disease. However, it is controversial whether the technique is unilateral or bilateral. From March 1966 to March 1997, our department treated 21 cases of parathyroid adenomas. Among them, 16 cases were unilaterally explored (76.20%). Get satisfactory results. analyse as below. Clinical data in this group of 16 patients with unilateral exploration of 4 males.
