目的观察妊娠期肾绞痛患者中西医干预后的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法随机选择妊娠期肾绞痛患者98例,分为治疗组和对照组,48例为对照组,给予黄体酮注射液40 mg肌肉注射1次/d×5 d,若20~30 min后疼痛不能缓解,可给予硫酸阿托品注射液0.5 mg联合盐酸哌替啶注射液50 mg肌肉注射,护理常规临证施护。治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上给予梅花针循经叩打,统计疼痛缓解及全身伴随症状改善情况。使用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD17)及生活质量量表,分析治疗前后患者的生活质量、情绪变化,对治疗组的临床效果及生活质量进行客观评价。结果总有效率治疗组为98.0%,对照组为75.0%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义。全身伴随症状治疗组较对照组有明显改善,治疗组患者治疗后抑郁情绪改善,生活质量明显提高。结论中西医综合干预能提高妊娠期肾绞痛患者临床疗效,改善生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and the impact on quality of life of patients with gestational renal colic after Chinese and Western intervention. Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational renal colic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 48 patients served as control group. The rats were given intragastric injection of progesterone 40 mg intramuscularly once a day for 5 days. After 20-30 minutes, Can not be relieved, can be given 0.5 mg atropine sulfate injection combined with pethidine hydrochloride injection 50 mg intramuscular injection, nursing routine clinical nursing. The treatment group of 50 cases in the control group on the basis of the treatment given plum needle through the percussion, the statistical relief of pain and systemic symptoms associated with improvement. HAMA, HAMD17 and quality of life questionnaire were used to analyze the quality of life and mood of patients before and after treatment. The clinical effect and quality of life in the treatment group were evaluated objectively. Results The total effective rate was 98.0% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate. Symptomatic systemic treatment group than in the control group was significantly improved, treatment group patients with depression improved, quality of life improved significantly. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with gestational renal colic and improve the quality of life, which deserves promotion.
