金朝是我国历史上一个地震多发的时期,频发的地震与次生灾害给人民的生命财产安全造成巨大的损失。受科技水平的限制,金朝君臣对地震的认识大多是“灾异谴责”。地震后,金朝政府采取减免赋税、徭役、减轻刑罚和伤亡赈济等赈济措施,以此来保障民生,维护统治。
The Jin dynasty was an earthquake-prone period in our history. Frequent earthquakes and secondary disasters caused huge losses to people’s lives and property. Due to the limitation of science and technology, most of the Jin Jun monarchs’ understanding of earthquakes is mostly “calamity condemnation”. After the earthquake, the government of Jin Dynasty adopted relief measures, such as tax relief, corvee labor, mitigation of punishment and casualty relief, in order to protect people’s livelihood and safeguard their rule.
