故障现象一辆上汽依维柯红岩杰狮8×4自卸车,型号为CQ3314HTG466B,搭载F2CE0681BB052柴油发动机和陕西法士特12JSD180T变速器。据驾驶人反映,该车在高速挡行驶时,变速器均会发出“咔啦、咔啦”的异响,在低速挡行驶无异响。故障诊断接车后试车,发现故障现象与驾驶人所述一致,推断故障原因为变速器齿轮损坏了。拆下变速器,对变速器副箱进行检查,未见异常;拆开变速器主箱上盖后转动1轴检查,发现一根副轴上的1挡齿轮(19个齿)约有5
