本文介绍原子能研究所惯性约束聚变研究室用强流脉冲电子束横向泵浦KrF激光器,获得了6J能量的KrF激光,经平面光栅摄谱仪测得中心波长为2484A的KrF激光的半宽度为5A,它的荧光半宽度为30A,用光电管GD5测量了激光脉冲和荧光脉冲的时间波形。
In this paper, the KrF laser with 6J energy is obtained by using a high-intensity pulsed electron beam transversely pumped KrF laboratory at the Institute of Atomic Energy. The KrF laser with a center wavelength of 2484 A measured by a planar grating spectrograph has a half-width of 5 A , Its half-width of fluorescence is 30A, and the time waveform of laser pulse and fluorescent pulse are measured by phototube GD5.
