利用称重和电子探针分析方法对β-Al_2O_3陶瓷中 Na~+-Ag~+离子交换进行了研究。扩散过程的拟合计算及所得结果与样品重量和浓度剖图的比较表明:该离子交换过程为扩散控制,并发现在 Na-Ag 混合 β-Al_2O_3中钠离子比银离子更易迁移。
The ion exchange of Na ~ + -Ag ~ + in β-Al_2O_3 ceramic was studied by using the method of weighing and electron probe. Fitting calculation of the diffusion process and comparison of the obtained results with the sample weight and concentration profile show that the ion exchange process is controlled by diffusion and it is found that sodium ions are more easily migrated than silver ions in the Na-Ag mixed β-Al 2 O 3.
