高职教育在我国教育中占有一席之地,职业精神教育更是高职教育的重中之重。江西省高职院校职业精神教育的现状不容乐观,存在不少问题,由职业精神教育现状问题入手来分析原因,提出课程设置、教师示范、社会大环境三个方面的改进策略,以期提高江西省高职院校职业精神教育的效果。
