综采工作面技术重点工作之一就是如何防止工作面输送机和支架上窜下滑。简要分析了造成工作面输送机和支架上窜下滑的原因,并结合自身的经验提出了综采工作面输送机和液压支架防倒防滑的措施。对于研究科学治理综采工作面支架与运输设备的防倒防滑技术,实现综采工作面高产高效具有指导作用。
One of the key tasks of fully mechanized mining face technology is how to prevent the conveyor and scaffolding on the face from slipping down. This paper briefly analyzes the causes of the slips on the conveyor and the supports on the working face, and puts forward measures to prevent the slides and the skids of the fully mechanized coal mining face and hydraulic supports from combining with their own experiences. It is instructive to study the anti-skid technology of scaffolding and transport equipment for scientific management of fully mechanized mining face and to realize high productivity and high efficiency of fully mechanized coal mining face.
