上海川沙酒店主楼地下2层,地上22层,建筑高度84米,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。其建筑结构平面、立面均不规则,属于抗震超限建筑中的“特别不规则的高层建筑”。本文详细介绍了该结构的超限情况及采取的主要措施、抗震性能设计、振型分解反应谱分析、弹性时程分析、静力弹塑性分析、弹性楼板应力分析等抗震分析过程。分析结果表明,该结构各项计算指标均达到抗震性能设计目标的要求,具有较好的抗震性能。
Shanghai Chuansha Hotel main ground floor, 2 floors, 22 floors above the building height of 84 meters, the use of frame - shear wall structure system. Its architectural structure of the plane, the facade is irregular, belong to the earthquake-resistant buildings in the “particularly irregular high-rise buildings.” In this paper, the over-limit conditions of the structure and the main measures taken, seismic design, analysis of mode decomposition response spectrum, elastic time-history analysis, static elasto-plastic analysis, elastic floor stress analysis and other seismic analysis process are introduced in detail. The analysis results show that all the calculation indexes of the structure meet the design requirements of seismic performance and have good seismic performance.
