偏瘫在急诊患者中系中枢神经系统疾患所致。而由低血糖引起者在临床少见,现将4例报告如下。 例1,男,73岁,因左侧肢体不灵活半天就诊。查体:意识矇眬,言语不清,流诞,左侧鼻唇沟变浅,闭目无力,伸舌向左偏,左上下肢肌力0级,左侧肢体皮肤温度较对侧低,左侧巴彬斯基征阳性。追问病史,患者有高血压、冠心病20年,半年前诊断并发糖尿病,眼优降糖2.5mg,每日1次。急查血糖1.1mmol/L,血清尿素氮13.9mmol/L,血清肌酐203.3μmol/L,经静注
