伴随着我国教育教学制度的不断改革与推进,各学校都开始注重对学生的全方面管理和教育。政教处是学校开展管理工作的主要落实部门,因此政教处开展政教工作就需要不断创新自身的教育管理理念,同时从实处为学生营造一个良好的成长环境与学习氛围。故而本文就将针对当前学校政教工作教育管理活动开展的必要性进行简单分析,且提出了未来创新思想以及改革管理方式的主要对策和方法,以期为我国初中阶段政教工作的顺利开展提供理论支持与实际参考。
