研究了不同热处理工艺对Ni45粉末堆焊层耐磨粒磨损性能的影响规律。找出了加热至950℃,以不同速度冷却后堆焊层的磨损量(ΔG)与磨擦时间t的关系(ΔG—t);淬火后,不同温度回火后的ΔG—t关系;淬火后经不同时间500℃回火后的ΔG—t关系。结果表明,经950℃水淬+500℃回火2h,堆焊层有最好的耐磨粒磨损性能。
The influence of different heat treatment processes on wear resistance of Ni45 powder surfacing layer was studied. The relationship between the wear amount (ΔG) and friction time t (ΔG-t) of the overlay layer after cooling to 950 ℃ and cooling at different speeds was found out; ΔG-t relationship after quenching and tempering at different temperatures; ΔG-t after tempering at 500 ℃ for different time. The results show that after 950 ℃ water quenching + 500 ℃ tempering 2h, surfacing layer has the best abrasive wear resistance.
