随着大数据时代的到来,智慧旅游不断被国内外学者提及,从技术研发、平台构建、资源共享等方面予以研讨,以期更好地为游客个性化定制需求服务。笔者通过前期资料整理和实地考察发现,虽目前国内各景区大部分均建有专属门户网站,亦有众多方便游客出行的旅游APP充斥市场,这些线上平台展示景区面貌、提供电子导游服务、酒店预定等内容居多,在景区内针对游客需求的实时信息反馈系统构建方面却不太重视。基于此,本文从景区实时信息反馈系统角度探讨其重要性并给予建设性的意见,以丰富智慧旅游的体系研究。
With the advent of the big data era, wisdom tourism is constantly being mentioned by domestic and foreign scholars, from the aspects of technology research and development, platform construction, resource sharing and so on, in order to better tailor the demand service for tourists. The author through the pre-data collation and field trips found that although most of the scenic spots are built with exclusive portals, there are many tourist APP convenient for tourists travel flooding the market, these online platforms to show the scenic area, providing electronic tour guides, hotels Booking and other content mostly in the area for the needs of tourists real-time information feedback system construction is not paid much attention. Based on this, this article discusses the importance of real-time information feedback system and gives constructive suggestions in order to enrich the research on the system of intellectual tourism.
