在佛罗里达‘Marsh’栽培种白葡萄柚(Citrns Paradisi Macf.)采后果实上接种绿霉病病原(Penicillium digitatum Sacc.)孢子悬浮液,试验热水浸泡(50℃,5分钟)和钴60源伽玛辐照(250Gy)单独处理和结合处理的防病效果.果实在热水浸泡后和辐照前用皱缩薄膜作单果包,处理后于24℃下贮存9天.以不处理、单果包果实作对照.结果表明,热水处理甚至拖到接种72小时后进行仍能减少绿霉腐烂.接种2小时后辐照可减少腐烂.热水+辐照处理效果与单独用热水浸泡的差异不显著.各种处理均对果实外观和风味无不利影响.
