公共政策规定着公共产品和公共服务的性质、方向、类别、数量和质量,当公众认为某一资源分配方式或制度安排公正的时候就会支持既定的政治体系和政策输出,反之就会产生社会不公感并阻滞政策的执行。因此,社会公正感是考量政策成败优劣的一项重要标准。当前,提高我国公共政策社会公正感需要着力完善政策决策的利益表达、诉求回应与责任监督机制,充分保障政策相关方参与政策决策的机会、能力和途径,使各种不同声音得到及时、真实的表达并予以积极回应。
