3年来,19个援疆省市共实施各类干部人才援疆项目1754个,累计培训各类干部人才54.5万人次,选派6903名受援地干部人才赴援疆省市挂职锻炼,组织3060名援疆干部人才与受援地13.1万余名干部人才建立帮带培养关系,柔性引进近2万名各类急需紧缺人才,优化了新疆干部人才队伍结构,促进了整体素质提升。3年来,19个援疆省市累计安排支援自治区地方项目3200多个。仅支持新建改建“两居工程”及其配套设施工程,就安排援助资金1 07亿元,使近400万农牧民居住条件得到明显改善。
