《中国经济导报》近日刊登对全国人大常委、中国社会科学院人口与劳动经济研究所所长蔡昉的专访文章。针对有人提出的“产业升级就是降低劳动密集程度”的看法,蔡昉表示不能简单作此理解。
China Economic Herald recently published an interview with Cai Yong, director of the NPC Standing Committee and the Institute of Population and Labor Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In response to the suggestion made by some people that “industrial upgrading is to reduce the degree of labor-intensiveness,” Cai said China can not simply understand this.
