Luyang Deepwater Port is located at Dayangshan, Xiaoyangshan Town on the Qiqu Island of Shengsi County, Zhejiang Province, outside the mouth of the Yangtze River, 27.5 kilometers away from Luchaogang Port, the southernmost tip of Shanghai.
