针对烧结工序NOx排放的现状,从源头治理的角度对烧结原燃料中N元素含量以及烧结过程中NOx浓度分布进行了检测分析,对不同铁精矿和燃料的NOx排放受温度、气氛、粒度以及熔剂等因素的影响进行了研究,初步摸清了烧结原燃料中NOx的排放规律,并通过烧结杯试验探索了烧结过程中NOx浓度随工艺参数的变化规律,指出燃烧温度和烟气负压是烧结过程中影响烟气NOx浓度的主要因素。
According to the status of NOx emission in sintering process, from the point of source control, the content of nitrogen in sintering raw fuel and the distribution of NOx concentration in sintering process were analyzed. The NOx emissions from different iron concentrates and fuel were affected by temperature, atmosphere, particle size, Flux and other factors were studied. The rule of NO x emission in sinter raw fuel was preliminarily ascertained, and the variation of NO x concentration with process parameters in sinter was explored through sintering cup experiment. It was pointed out that the combustion temperature and the negative pressure of flue gas were Main Factors Affecting NOx Concentration in Flue Gas During Sintering.
