我们主办的首届企业营销经理班结业了。到会的营销经理184位,他们通过5天讲课与交流,上下午的营销畅谈,几乎所有营销理念、方法都谈到了,大家确实学到不少东西。但有消化不良、体系不严紧的感觉,有待下期改进。通过学习,我体会到:一、由于企业竞争激烈,营销部门的功能、作用逐步扩大加强,已成为世界企业共同趋势。其结果将使整个企业的职工都关心营销,参与营销,甚至营销专家也在说:“照此发展下去,营销事业在迅速壮大自己的同时,也消灭了自己。”
