变异型心绞痛是心绞痛的一种特殊类型,首先由Prinzmetal于1959年提出。经多年临床研究证明,在该类心绞痛发作中,可同时有心肌耗氧量增加和冠状动脉供血减少两种因素参与。现将我院近年来资料较完整的24例变异型心绞痛总结如下。
Variant angina is a special type of angina that was first proposed by Prinzmetal in 1959. After years of clinical studies have shown that angina pectoris in this episode, both increased myocardial oxygen consumption and coronary artery blood supply decreased two factors involved.
