清末至民国中期 ,温州出现了一场对乡邦文献进行整理的文化运动。始自孙诒让著撰《温州经籍志》,孙氏父子刊行《永嘉丛书》;民初冒广生刊成《永嘉诗人词堂丛刻》;民国中期 ,黄群等又编校刊成《敬乡楼丛书》。三者前后连贯 ,基本上构成一个整体 ,共汇刊自唐至宋、元、明、清温州历代名家要著 57家、66种、1 4 7册 ,计 50 0多万字 ,基本上代表了对温州古代典籍文化的一次概括与总结。它前后历时六、七十年 ,是温州文化史上一场空前大事。引起对这一文化现象的注意 ,研究其产生、过程与做法 ,进而引出对今日之启示 ,是本文的研究目的
