新常态下科学促进中国西部地区现代文化产业成长壮大、优化升级,这是国家西部大开发战略向纵深统筹挺进及西部各省区市文化发展向繁荣兴盛迈进的题中之义。基于总体系统性、可比操作性和研判务实性,构建了中国西部地区文化产业成长指数评估体系。依托统计部门及文化系统等的最新年度数据,对西部12省区市的文化产业成长指数进行了评估分析,据此提出了对策建议。
Under the new normal, science has given impetus to the growth of the modern cultural industry in the western region of China and the optimization and upgrading of the cultural industry. This is the meaning of the national strategy of developing the western region in an in-depth manner and in the cultural development of all the western provinces and municipalities prospering. Based on the overall system, comparable operability and judging the pragmatic nature, this paper constructs an evaluation system of cultural industry growth index in western China. Relying on the latest annual statistics of statistical departments and cultural systems, we evaluated and evaluated the cultural industry growth indices of the 12 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the western regions, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
