国家发展改革委、财政部联合国家林业局、农业部等有关部门,下达山西、湖北等十省(区、市)及新疆生产建设兵团2014年度退耕还林还草任务33.3万公顷。其中,退耕还林32.3万公顷、退耕还草1.13万公顷。《新一轮退耕还林还草总体方案》明确了新一轮退耕还林还草补助政策:退耕还林每公顷补助22 500元,退耕还草每公顷补助12000元。
The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the United State Forestry Administration, the Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant departments issued 333,000 hectares of 2014 tasks of returning farmland to forestry and grassland in ten provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) such as Shanxi and Hubei and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2014. Among them, 323,000 hectares are returned to farmland and 11,300 hectares are returned to farming. “A New Round of Overall Program of Returning Farmland to Forest and Grassland” has defined a new round of subsidies for returning farmland to forests and grassland: subsidy of 22,500 yuan per hectare for returning farmland to forests and 12,000 yuan for hectare for returning farmland to grassland.
