目的采用国际通用的SAS统计分析平台编制计算机程序,实现二元复配杀虫剂联合作用的等效线图评价。方法以德国小蠊为试虫,对A、B 2种杀虫剂及其复配剂进行室内毒力测定,对所得数据进行计算机程序演算,以加权概率单位法拟合毒力回归线,计算2种药剂及复配剂的ED50及其95%置信限(95%CI),自动绘制等效线图进行计算机评价。结果 2种药剂及复配剂杀灭德国小蠊的毒力回归方程均有效,其ED50分别为6.41 g/m3(95%CI:4.93~7.66 g/m3)、2.51 g/m3(95%CI:1.93~3.04 g/m3)和2.61 g/m3(95%CI:1.86~3.18 g/m3)。绘制的等效线图中,复配剂的ED50值打点于相加作用带的右上区域,提示该2种杀虫剂的联合作用呈明显拮抗效应。结论等效线图评价法的SAS程序计算结果经双重验证,证明准确、可靠,且简便、快捷。
Objective To prepare a computer program based on the internationally accepted SAS statistical analysis platform to evaluate the equivalence line diagram of the combined action of binary insecticides. Methods The Blattella germanica was used as the test insecticide to determine the indoor toxicity of two insecticides A and B and their compounding agents. The data were calculated by computer program and the virulence regression line was fitted by weighted probability unit method. The ED50 and its 95% confidence limits (95% CI) for pharmaceuticals and compounded formulations were automatically plotted against an isobologram for computer evaluation. Results The toxicity regression equations of the two agents and the compounding agents for killing Blattella germanica were both effective and their ED50 were 6.41 g / m3 (95% CI: 4.93-7.66 g / m3), 2.51 g / m3 : 1.93 ~ 3.04 g / m3) and 2.61 g / m3 (95% CI: 1.86 ~ 3.18 g / m3). In the plot of the equivalent diagram, the ED50 value of the complexing agent was plotted in the upper right region of the additive action band, indicating that the combined action of the two insecticides showed a significant antagonistic effect. Conclusion The SAS program of the equivalence line evaluation method is validated by double verification, which is proved to be accurate, reliable and simple and fast.
