这是一部献给母亲节的电影,堪称另类版《我的父亲母亲》,讲述了一个发生在美丽云南的感人故事。“樱桃”是一位特殊母亲的名字,也是一棵树。这棵树让大学毕业生葛红陷入了深远的回忆与思念,她关于童年和母亲的记忆与众不同,除了美好与感动,还有深深的忏悔和感恩……去年,为纪念戛纳电影节60周年,《樱桃》曾与《云水谣》、《东京审判》、《红棉袄》、《最后一次爱你》、《男才女貌》一起,成为中影集团申报参赛的优秀影片。
